Some important features removed from 3GPP

Some features had been defined in 3GPP with less usages in real case. Thus, 3GPP remove them.
For example, SSDT, I remember that less or no vendor support this feature in several years ago. And the real site also demo this. So, this feature is useless and removed from R5(maybe R6 later).
And DSCH, due to HSDPA appearance, it's no need to use this channel again.
