In TDS, due to the nature of duplex method: TDD. Open loop PC have more power than in FDD. But the specification also left more for the implementation of equipment vendors.

Such as, if the data transmission is pasued for long time, then the re-initial Tx power could be decided by Node B or UE independently. But how to do this and it's no clear definition in TDS standard.

If we refer to 25.331, we also know the differences in FDD,TDD(HCR) or TDS(LCR).But I think some errors or mistakes are in TDS specs. Here, I just present my viewpoint for your reference.

From these, we can know, open loop pc could take more role in TDS. But how to do? need more thinking.
