Normally we just call data before spreading is "symbol". But no spreading operation is used for DwPCH, thus, "two symbols" here have no means.

In the specification, we can derive :
UpPCHPOS: Received starting position of the UpPCH. The reference time (UpPCHPOS = 0) is two symbols prior to the end of the DwPCH. Any received starting position of the UpPCH after that point of time is positive.
Althought the specification has the ending postion of the UpPCH, but we know the SYNC_UL length is 128chps, so the ending position should be 128 chips prior the end of the UpPCH.
So we can get it: 32+96+(160-128) = 160

Lovewelkin is right, UpPCHPOS start point is prior to the 32chips of DwPTS, but the end point is also prior to the 32chips of UpPTS. So the time deviation should be 32chips + GP(96chips) + (UpPTS-32chips) = 256chips.
In my opinion, the 32 chips consideration is reasonable because of the UpPCHadv.

I think this kind of translation is not suitable or accurate in CCSA specs:
UpPCHRxpath: Node B 在上行同步过程中要使用的SYNC-UL 的接收时间。
it should be translated into: Node B 在上行同步过程中收到SYNC UL的时间.
