Several weeks ago, I start to study TD-SCDMA and one concept of N-frequency point scheme had benn gotten. And similar concept is gotten from CDMA2000.

The cell is logical concept, and frequency carrier is physical matter. Thus, one cell can contain multiple carriers. or we can say these carriers belong to same cell id.

But in WCDMA, this method is not adopted by vendors(at least, I know some).
