One skill used by Ericsson in WCDMA

At least, it's my first time to read Ericsson's WCDMA log file, and one kind of execution interest me. And I had never seen this in other vendor's products(maybe not including all). Thus, I summarize this and share with you.

This skill present the Ericsson's viewpoint on link quality. You can define a link with good quality to carry data or less quality to do this job.
This depend on what your knowledge on. Maybe we can study or research on this.

同样的，重配之后，之后的SRB工作在较低的质量一样会有副作用。
