的确如此,如果功控跟不上无线信道的变化,那么就会出现这种情况,在某个时刻要求升功率时,UE已经到达另一个地方,而此时降功率比较好,而UE仍然根据以前的情况台升功率。
我想问的是目前商用网络上有没有使用动态功率步长的方法实现功率控制,另外现在使用了发射分集这种方案吗?
我上传一个IEEE文档,大家可以看看。

Yes, it's better we use STTD for higher UE's velocity. Because at this time, fast PC can't catch the vairance of physcial channel (doppler shifting).

This is just defined which one is suitable for certain condition. And how to configure this-- dynamic or static, it's dependent on your implementation.
"How to measure UE velocity? "
Up to now, no one accurate method can know the UE's velocity. Here, it's just a suggestion.
For example, if you know one cell cover the indoor microcell, thus, you can set "PC step size" as small dB. Or you know one cell cover the highway road, thus, samll size is defined.
